Mark is so talented and has a lot of experience in the industry, particularly with perms (which is a trend that at is coming back!). He has a skill and understanding of how to make the best outcome for his clients. My friend and I have had two perms each done by Mark. Both of us have different hair types, and he catered the treatment to our specific hair. I love my curls ! It has really tamed my frizzy hair to a more structured curl.

Sam took the time to listen to our complex situation and provided valuable insight and tips before we retained his services which is something I am very appreciative for. Initial consultations with other firms felt judgemental and left me uncomfortable dealing with them or sharing info, but Sam communicated with me professionally eye to eye. His explanations are very detailed, thorough and he understands several aspects of complex tax issues with a high degree of expertise. His response time is also very fast which was important to us given the time sensitive timeline we faced. Whenever issues arise, Sam’s firm will be our go-to to help us navigate through any challenges and I can truthfully recommend his services which are priced reasonably for his offerings.

Came here because of the late hours. Only the 1st floor was open with unnecessary items available (hair care products and food items) and all the necessary items (medical products) on the bottom floor which was closed? The staff kinda looked confused when I said it was a necessary medical item and basically said I was sol because none of the 3 employees standing in front of the stairs wanted to walk me down or walk down and get the item. Instead they chose to stand there and talk while basically ignoring me.

I've never shopped for furniture before so I was overwhelmed with all the different aspects you can customize on a couch. Dan helped me through the entire process and made it a lot easier than expected. I showed him pictures of the couches I liked at West Elm and we were able to create a couch that looked just like the one I saw but at a much affordable price. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable he is about the fabrics, colors, and more. I just told him what I wanted (pet-friendly, easy to clean, won't fade, and etc.) and he helped me pick out everything that fit my needs. Extra bonus is that there's lifetime warranty on the couches.

Albert, Harvey, Quinn, and Josh, thank you so much. I started my saltwater aquarium tank about one year ago. Albert came and gave us a quote. Both my wife and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and logic about saltwater aquariums. We got our quote, and when I was talking to a friend about it, he suggested that I talk to his guy, and maybe I could save money. So I thought yeah, it’s a fishbowl, water, salt, lights and fish, how hard can it be? So I decided to get his buddy to help me. And this was a big mistake. I soon realized this guy was not the dude to help me: many, many bad mistakes where made. I then steered away from him and went to another aquarium store that services tanks and advice on setting up etc. I will leave them unmentioned due to respect, but they are well known—one of the top 5 in Edmonton. I felt in good hands till I got an & $1800 water bill for one month! That’s right, $1800! Epcor called and asked if I had a water leak cause something is wrong. We troubleshooted on the phone, and we realized. That the “unmentioned aquarium company “ installed my top-up system and RODI system incorrect and my water was Constantly running for close to two months ! (remember at this time I had never serviced my tank. I hired them to come and do everything necessary to look after it and they had been for about 8-9months at that point) none the less I fired them and looked for another company, and I circled back to 19 islands. Here's where I got humbled. I totally forgot about talking with Albert. And on the phone, he’s like, “yeah, I gave you a quote, right?” Then it kicked in! I was humbled, but I learned a very, very critical lesson in life. Sometimes the cheaper thing is to damn expensive! Since then, they have corrected everything! Saved me from a fire hazard from the work of other unmentioned company. They had me send them a list of the fish and coral that were in my tank since inception, and I realized the other company sold me fish that were meant for a 2+ year tank. And yes, the fish died. I lost at least $2000 in fish because of bad advice. I could go on, but you get the idea. 19island are specialists at what they do. I’m a specialist in a professional environment. I know professionalism when I see it, and they are every bit of it. My tank is happy, healthy and Vibrant since they took over, thank you so much 19Island. I appreciate all the help and ongoing support and services. I usually would never take this much time to write a review. However, I felt responsible for doing it. I genuinely hope this helps you avoid the same mistakes I made. Saltwater fish tanks are beautiful!! And it does not have to be a bad experience or an expensive one. ( mine was, trust me, it cost me almost double the price not hiring 19Island from the beginning) Trust in the 20+ years of knowledge of 19Island. They will look ok, after you.

Mohamad and team have completed work for us both privately and on our strata lot. The work for our strata lot he went above and beyond to source the sensor lighting that we were after which was sold out through a few providers. We have since had further work including oven replacement, two lights and hard wired smoke alarms replaced (including moving the location of one smoke alarm). We are very happy with the work completed and will absolutely be enlisting their services again in the future. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Charles and his staff were the utmost professionals from day one. Not only were they on top of everything from start to finish, but they were also very clear and responsive throughout the whole process. One of the scariest things when choosing a law firm is that feeling of uncertainty because there are so many unknowns, but Charles always took his time to explain everything to us and make sure that we understood the issues and consequences before taking any action. It was my first time going to try this doctor because my daughter was sick and the doctor that we normally use doesn't open on Sundays. After i saw the reviews I was not sure if I should go or not. When I get there 2 ladies were very friendly at reception area. While waiting i asked the people that were waiting about the doctor as they are regulars they were very happy. When I went in doctor took his time to explain what was wrong and what I should do. He even asked if I have any questions before I go. Thank you DR Pooe you deserve 100*

毎月のハットの日等によく利用させてもらってます。ネットで注文してから行くと待たずにすぐ受け取れます。便利です！ただ、店舗が小さくて受け取る際に中に1人居たら今の時代(コロナ禍)密になるので外で待つ事になります。寒い時期はﾁｮｯﾄ厳しいかもですね(^_^;) 生地は美味しいと思います(^^)

I thought that there’s going to be a lot of dishes in the menu but not so much actually. A lot of breakfast menus instead of pasta and rice dishes. For me, the menu is quite limited compared to some cafes that I have tried. The ambiance is good overall though. It brings a cosy vibe. The staff are friendly too.

Absolutely ecstatic with the work Chris did. He was here in under 2 hours. Super nice very professional in explaining the problem. He pumped the septic to find out the real problem. Next we had Robert to come out to unclog the major pipe to the septic system. Both guys were awesome. Highly recommend AAA City plumbing. They were super fast and efficient. They text you a representatives name & picture so you know it's the right person & right company 5*

El ambiente es muy agradable. Tiene opcione muy variadas en cafés, bebidas frías y postres. Les recomiendo el club de lectura, las veladas de jazz y las proyecciones de películas. Hasta ir al baño es una experiencia muy divertida por la decoración.

Wir waren mit einem "Spezialfall" vor Ort: Amerikanischer Cruiser der leider von einer anderen Werkstatt zuvor im Rahmen einer Reparatur so verbastelt wurde, dass es wenig später das Getriebe/Nabenschaltung gerissen hat. Service war super, kompetent und schnell. Haben das Rad Samstagmittag vorbeigebracht. Montag kam wie verabredet ein Anruf mit Diagnose und Kosten. Einen halben Tag später war das Rad dann abholbereit. Top! Im Gegensatz zu Erfahrungen aus anderen Läden wurde hier auch exakt der vereinbarte Preis berechnet. Haben leider schon oft erlebt, dass eine Reparatur im Anschluss doch plötzlich teurer wurde als vorher vereinbart. Zudem wurde (nach kurzer Absprache) ein gebrauchtes Ersatzteil verbaut, das noch vorrätig war. D.h. günstiger und schneller. Einen netten Schnack gabs dazu. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Well, our son decided it was time for a new car. We had a set appointment with another agent but were greeted by Sam. Immediately, I felt at ease, her presence and positive attitude really made it easier for me to relax. We were very early but she was able to help us out while the other agent was still in an appointment. We hit the ground running, there was no talking our son out of it so we continued the process. Sam exceeded our expectations, offered us waters, made the grueling process of buying a new car, painless. I am in customer service and sales for a living, Sam, you are absolutely great. No words can describe how you are an A+ asset for this dealership. They are lucky to have someone like you working for them. I had a signature facial here. My therapist was great I enjoyed my treatment and I was greeted politely and don't have any big issues with the treatment. The only thing is my therapist was a little loud in the room banging and clunking draws and things.I wasn't recommended any products or treatments for my skin but I didn't want it either I just know from experience it's one of the things to expect when having a facial done. The one thing that put the stars to three was the cleanliness... The towels where soaked in oil and werent very comfortable. And they don't use disposable sheets either. My therapist didn't wash her hands before starting my facial which was a little off putting. Overall I was relaxed after and during my treatment and my skin did feel hydrated.

We always do shake and win when driving past this hungry jacks. Yes we often have to wait in the parking lot for it to come out. But guess what, everytime it's freshly cooked. I don't mind waiting 5 minutes for this. Never once is the food not fresh. Other hungry jacks stores have been terrible with stale awful chips and nuggets. Eltham hungry jacks you are a 5 star store. Highly recommend.

Amazing service all around! Spoke with Jennifer over the phone to schedule an appointment. She made an appointment for me the next day and clarified the service charges prior to the visit. Got a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Connor and Jaylen arrived in a timely and professional manner. I had a problem with the water heater leaking. They assessed the problem. Once they returned with the pieces they completed the installation in no time. Connor was able to explain to me how the water heater operates and where the problem was. I'm a first time homeowner and would highly recommend their services and will be using them again in the future.
